This comprehensive outdoor renovation was designed to maximize both comfort and visual impact, centered on a custom seating area that takes full advantage of the backyard’s panoramic views. The existing pool and spa were given new life through careful resurfacing, installation of a poured‐in‐place concrete coping, and the addition of a striking stone veneer on the raised spa. Surrounding the refreshed water features, we poured a sand finish concrete deck accented by neatly installed artificial turf joints, enhancing the modern aesthetic while providing a soft, inviting surface for foot traffic. A similar sand finish concrete treatment was carried over to the front driveway, creating a cohesive look from the curb to the backyard. Segmented concrete steppers, also inlaid with artificial turf, lead to the home’s entrance, adding both visual interest and a welcoming feel to the property’s façade. The end result is a refined, seamless blend of style and function, offering the homeowners an ideal place to entertain, relax, and soak in the stunning views from their newly transformed outdoor living space.
