This project was entrusted to us through our valued partnership with a local concrete foundation contractor. The client, whose newly purchased property was tragically lost in the 2018 Woolsey Fires, approached the rebuild in carefully planned phases over the course of a year. Throughout this process, we developed a meaningful bond with them, sharing in their vision and guiding every detail with focused attention. It brings us profound joy to reflect on the collective effort—spanning multiple trades—that made this extraordinary property a reality for a family who truly deserves it. Project Summary
This project showcases an extensive array of hardscape elements, block construction, and carefully crafted stone veneer details. From the retaining walls that define the property’s terraces to the elegant stone accents that elevate the building’s façade, every aspect of this design demonstrates both durability and aesthetic refinement. The block work provides a sturdy foundation for the tiered landscaping, while the stone veneer unifies the visual appeal throughout. The result is a cohesive exterior that harmonizes with the surrounding environment, ensuring both functionality and timeless beauty.
