This community pool renovation project focused on upgrading both the visual appeal and overall safety of a popular neighborhood gathering spot. The scope included refurbishing the main swimming pool and adjacent spa, installing fresh deck surfacing, and adding updated safety features to ensure a pleasant and secure environment for residents. Key improvements featured new slip‐resistant pool decking and coping, refreshed tile work in the spa, and updated signage—including capacity limits and emergency shut‐off instructions—to meet local code requirements. We also enhanced the surrounding landscaping to create a more welcoming backdrop, framing the pool and spa with greenery that complements the property’s natural setting. Finally, new outdoor seating and lounge arrangements rounded out the project, providing a comfortable retreat for the community to enjoy. The end result is an inviting, modernized pool area that balances style, durability, and functionality—truly a highlight of the neighborhood.
In early 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic began to unfold, our team embarked on a complete renovation of this beautiful community pool and spa area. The work included updating the pool deck, coping, and tile, as well as enhancing the overall aesthetics with fresh finishes and modernized signage for safety. Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic—from evolving health guidelines to supply chain disruptions—our crew adapted quickly and maintained strict protocols to keep the project on schedule.
Another unique hurdle was site access. To accommodate our larger equipment and safely carry out the necessary demolition and construction activities, we removed a portion of the property’s fencing. This solution allowed for the smooth transport of materials and machinery, ultimately ensuring the highest quality outcome without damaging the rest of the property.
