1. Our Process

We offer the following paver process:

Material Selection:
We recommend our favorite storefronts to go view their wonderful displays & physical samples so you can better visualize your space with this material. Then through careful consideration we bring you a variety of samples to your home, to further assist you make the best choice.

Site Analysis:
During the Demolition of the existing surfaces, we assess the subgrade and adjust any slopes to better suit our needs for the new surface. During this time we will also locate and mark out certain utilities & irrigation that may need to be moved.

Site Layout:
After the Demolition & Site Analysis we start to layout main features and calculate our elevations to make sure our final surface is set to the correct heights.

Site Prep:
Once the Layout is finished we begin to deliver the necessary materials to stage for the upcoming installation.

Drainage:
At this point of the project is where we correct or install any drainage essential to the overall success of the project.

Sub-Base Prep:
Placing our "Base" or "Road Base" material after setting the proper elevations and placing our bedding material is the next step toward your beautiful outdoor space.

Paver Installation:
Now we get to the fun of setting the pattern and revealing the greatest preview of your finished space.

Grout | Polymeric Sand Installation:
After the Pavers are set and the Borders placed, we move on to infilling the joints in between your pavers with a Polymeric Sand or Grout material that will give us the greatest longevity for the project.

Sealer Application:
Finishing touches make all the difference. We help you select which look you want to preserve in your new paver space!
